Embrace your femininity and feel more confident. 

Exotic pole dance is a style inspired from the stripper world. Dancing on plateau heels and moving sexy while working on your active flexibility strength and coordination.

We offer 2 different levels of exotic pole classes; one for beginners, and another one for intermediate/advanced.

Duration of a class : 1 hour


Have fun while working out, and gain strength and flexibility. Pole dance / Pole fitness is a full body workout that doesn’t require any fitness background. You will start from scratch in Level 1, and get stronger as you go, without noticing it !

We offer 4 levels of pole fitness classes with static and spinning combos, and a pole choreography specialty course to learn how to coordinate your moves and work on your cardio !

Duration of a class : 1 hour


Another form of aerial sport, where you can learn nice combinations of movements while hanging on a hoop mounted to the ceiling.

Do you remember the feeling of your childhood when hanging in the playground was so much fun? Aerial hoop can bring you back there!

Aerial silks is a dance form where you climb up an elastic fabric attached to the ceiling.  Wrap yourself in and create various beautiful combinations. In the beginner course, we lay the foundations where you learn to climb the fabric and do different tricks and poses. Aerial silks is a circus discipline where you combine strength, agility, and circus dreams!

No prerequisite before you take this course, but surely a great complement to your pole training !

Duration of a class : 1 hour


Get a weekly full body stretch that will increase your flexibility. In this course we will focus on active stretching and you will therefore gain both strength and flexibility required for pole dancing.

You will learn a lot of different stretching techniques/ exercises, that you can add to your weekly routine. Follow up your results after 8 weeks with your trainer and see your results !

Duration of a class : 1 hour


We offer a wide range of 30 minutes focus classes to improve your skills and practice on details to be in the perfect condition for your pole training.

It can be short stretching classes, pole conditioning, choreography classes, double pole, twerking cardio, flips, drops and a lot more fun stuff !

These classes are included in your pole courses, and can be used whenever you want.

POLE PARTY (8 pers)

For birthday parties, bachelor / bachelorette parties, company events or simply to have fun with a group of friends, book a pole party with us !

What is Pole dance ?

Enjoy the best workout and gain confidence.

Pole dancing helps building all your muscles from toes to fingers.

There is no prerequisites to start pole dance. It is a type of workout that provides a lot of joy and self-esteem at every new achievement. As we learn everything from scratch, we also build our muscles as we go. There is no fitness level required to start pole dance.

Our studio is also offering all different complementary conditioning classes to achieve your pole dance goals.
